• Apply sun screen lotion before going out in the sun.
• Avoid eating oily food.
• Before going to bed remove make up.
• Drink lots of water.
• Drinking lime juice every day.
• Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
• Wash face frequently and it's not necessary to use soap all the time.
